What payment options does 3A have?

The preferred method is EFT bank transfer for online orders, however COD is also accepted for pick up orders or payable upon delivery.

How do I track an order?

Best way to track an order is to either email ([email protected]) or call us on 0421 850 942 or 0416 164 759.

Am I able to collect my order from your warehouse instead?

Orders are able to be picked up from the warehouse during the hours of 10am to 3pm. Out of hours times can be arranged with appropriate notification.

What is your cut off for same day dispatch?

We do our very best to accommodate urgent orders wherever we can. However, during busy times this is not always possible.
If your order is urgent, please inform us when requesting a quote in our ‘enquire’ section.

Are samples free?

In most cases our samples do incur a charge. The sample charge is generally between $2-$10 (please note there are some exceptions). As we receive hundreds of sample requests each week we do charge for samples and postage.

My order has arrived too late to meet my deadline, Can I return the products?

We will always do our very best to meet your deadlines and dispatch your products accordingly. However, once we dispatch products from our warehouse they are then in the hands of the courier. If your order is urgent, please call us BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can meet your deadlines on 0421 850 942.  Please note, that we do not accept any returns/or refunds for delivery delays as a result of our courier partners.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for orders over $150+GST if the destination is in the Sydney Metro area. Alternatively, you can arrange for your own courier to collect from the Botany warehouse.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A confirmation will be sent from a member of our sales team to inform you of its dispatch.

Are my details secure?

We do not pass on your information to any third parties. We do not hold credit card details and all payment information is encrypted securely.

Do you accept returns/refunds for change of mind?

If an unwarranted issue arrives after the product has been received, a 14 day grace period applies. No refunds or returns will be accepted after this period.

Where are your products produced?

Our products are sourced from a network of manufacturers located in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and China. This ensures we are able to provide a competitive price for our customers.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide.

Do I have to be a business to order?

Anyone can order from 3A Packaging. Even if you’re just starting out or need some packaging supplies for home use, you can order directly from us.

How can I get a copy of my 3A Packaging invoice?

An invoice will be provided to you upon delivery, or will be emailed to you once an order and payment has been made.
